“We spent a wonderful week at Eduardo’s apartment in Jurerê and would happily stay here again! The apartment is new, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed. It’s bright and quiet, and having a private bathroom for each bedroom made it especially comfortable. The beach is just one block away, and cafés and restaurants are an easy walk. Having beach chairs and an umbrella ready to take with us was a lovely touch. The pool is really nice, and we appreciated having a parking space so we didn’t have to worry about leaving the car on the street. Eduardo was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our flight from Buenos Aires was delayed, and we really appreciated him waiting to welcome us and get us checked in. Thanks for making us feel at home, Eduardo! We’d highly recommend this exchange.”

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 10 am. Arrivals after 8 pm may have a convenience fee — agree on your arrival time with Valentina Turismo.
Who looks after me during the stay?
For bookings via Valentina Turismo and Airbnb, the stay is managed by Valentina Turismo e Imóveis, whose office is in the building itself and who is available by phone or in person. For HomeExchange swaps, you deal directly with the owner.
Are linens, towels and parking included?
Yes. Premium bed linen and towels are included, and there is 1 covered parking space with an electric gate.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes, a one-time fee of R$ 450 per stay, paid before check-in.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
No. Pets, smoking (in the apartment and indoor areas of the building), parties and visitors beyond registered guests are not allowed. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
